Pidy introduce Trendy Coco Shell cases
Pidy, producer of ready-to-fill pastry products, has announced a new addition to their range, with the launch of the new Trendy Coco Shell Cases.
The Trendy Shell range currently consists of square, round and mini shortcrust canapés which are available as either neutral or sweet shortcrust pastry. The new addition of chocolate flavoured pastry cases adds a further dimension and is designed to give chefs an even greater option when looking for something that little bit different.
The inclusion of the appealing chocolate flavour used within the Trendy range not only adds visual appeal but it also provides an extra taste dimension to dessert and sweet canapés.
The range is available in two sizes and three shapes to offer flexibility. The larger sizes in the range are suitable as bases for a range of desserts, while the mini varieties are designed for dessert board sharing platters or canapes.

A soft, crumbly pastry provides good bite yet remains strong enough to hold shape for up to 24hrs once filled. This enables the chef to prepare the cases well in advance, particularly useful for large events, conferences and dinners.
